Their internet stays down at least 5 days a month. Thats 60 days in 1 year. That means u will have 10 months internet in 1 year. 2 months subscription fee you will give for no reason. Please avoid.

Worst internet service ever, every month e oder line kata pore, mashe 3/4din internet thake na, call dile solution dite pare na and baje bebohar kore. I would not reccomend this internet service to anyone.

In general sound and uninterrupted speed, but whenever there is an issue with network discontinuity, takes too much time to resolve. Unprofessional and poor service in this regard. Not worth the monthly bill with respect to their service.

Very poor customer support. I requested them to change my connection address 10 days before shifting my residence, But after 15 days, still now they cannot do it. Called them about 20/30 times for the update. Has same response "We have notified concerned department you will get an update ASAP." Then cannot even provide me a date when my connection will be shifted. Very unprofessional behaviour. People dependent with internet, to work from home please keep away from their service.

My internet is down for 72 hours. Customer service is not giving priority to this issue. In last 9 days three times internet was down.
