Like I don't know who gave them 5 stars reviews.their quality is not that good.seems like they are not professional in this part.i said i can't get the exact speed on google downloads they said whenever it occurs contract us.like seriously!?that means whenever it will happen I've to tell them.and they will increase the speed only then and again will lower it nothing eals.everyday internet shuts sown 2 or 3 times even more.and im reviewing it now with mobile data.they said they became no 1 in khulna. and i really believed and got caught.their service is note even 20% of Link3's..Link 3 costs more but you will never have a chance to complain.their payment taking service is worse they don't come in time to take bills and say we are cutting your line for not paying the bills,or they will send a message pay your bills before 15th or your internet connection will be lost and they cut it exact the day they message like seriously.management is so poor.service isn't good.people who uses only youtube or facebook can be their fans.but not internet people who can't live without serfing internet.they only provide speed for youtube facebook and play store.my internet is gone don't know why.i need to pay their bill but they r not texting or calling maybe they turned my internet for that.now i have to call them seeking to pay the bills is that how it works everywhere???
