Worked as one of their service provider a year back and worked without any advance service charge. Though it was a small amount of money. But they did not pay us despite our attempt of collection and several request over the year. Lastly the unprofessional management stopped picking up our call or reply emails. Not sure about their door quality as I was not their customer. But, a company's integrity also depends on how well they treat their service providers. I had high hopes as they seemed like a stable company, but never realized they will not pay back for a small amount of money. It was not a big loss. But, I thought, this is the least I could do to warn others.
