Very poor service. I ordered one parcel on 29th May, still not received! Even arrived on 17th August... still no body call for deliver. No one of their customer care pick the phone call. Really disapointing on regards of service. But even last year it was good. Product quality is satisfactory
This is one of the bottom feeder e-commerce store s in Bangladesh. They take 50% advance, their product price on their webpage is misleading (because price will increase after you order and pay advance). I have ordered a product in February and was supposed to get it in end February (25 days according to their customer service). Today is 18th April I'm yet to get my order and they are blaming COVID 19 for delay of delivery of a product that was supposed to be delivered on February. To my knowledge Covid 19 hit Bangladesh on March 15. Nonsense!!! Now they are telling me I can't cancel my order. I have to buy it. This is absurd. I will recommend not to buy product from this nonsense so-called e-commerce store.
They should be more ethical with there business policy and customer service
I ordered some fishing items and though could not make the deal final for both and financial problem but so far very best. User friendly. I am definitely going to make a good purchase from here very soon. Best wishes as always.
Worst service!! Not recommended
This is an e-commerce site with a physical experience centre. You can order anything through their website and if you wanna experience their products you can easily can that by going to their experience centre and having a look at their huge collection. For example, you wanna order a suite online and confused about whether it will fit you or not and in such case you can go there and order accordingly your body shape as of they have their own tailor to take measurements of your body.
Awesome Experience..... Excellent Service. They upload the original picture of product. They maintain the estimated qualityand the time of delivered the product. There customer support is good enough. Best online shopping in Bangladesh.
