I used to trust ryans but after an incident i have lost all my faiths. Let me tell the full story. My surfacebook suddenly shut down without any reasons. I decided to submit that Microsoft surfacebook laptop in their idb branch. They kept it for almost 2 months. They used to call me after every 15/16 days just to tell me that their engineers had been trying to fix my laptop as there was some critical problem in the motherboard. After those 2 months they finally called me and said that they were unable to fix that as the problem was almost impossible to fix. I took back my laptop and after 2 days i started watching a video on youtube and realised that my laptop might have been on sleep mode. So, i tried to turn on it the way it showed on that video ( that video is also available on the official microsoft website). Guess what! It turned on successfully. My questuin is, why they had kept it for so long if they couldn’t fix anything. I even doubt they had tried anything. The most important question is that, why they told me that it had a critical motherboard problem without even knowing anything! Too Much unprofessional behaviour from a professional company.
