A few years ago I visited Bangladesh and wanted to treat a patch of acne skin on my cheeks with laser. Visited this clinic and the people were nice. However, Bangladeshi people are quite intrusive and sometimes they forget the boundaries of professionalism. The head of the clinic, Mr. Shamim was asking me are you married? are you married? simply hilarious. Why would you ask a patient that? What has marriage to do with patchy cheeks riddled with acne? General services are quite good and staff polite. Yet, questions asked by myself were never given a straight forward answer. Geez, Bangladeshi people need a lesson in professionalism.

Horrible experience..... actually I want to give them negative star..... this is an institute which fill with professional businessman including Dr shameem. Mr shameem makes a system here if you go there for your treatment, after spending minimum 40 to 50 k your original treatment will be start. So you have to be millionaire I think

Dr Shameem is too much professional that he behaves like patients have to pay him because he is a brand. He behaves aggressively with patients. One minister had schedule at his chamber that he behaved rest of the patients like wastes. They prescribe unnecessary products costs 10-20k. And they also use same formula for every patients. Their business is all about branding and Ads. Same treatments are more cheaper with well manners in other laser clinics.

I was a direct patient of Dr. Sarker Mahbub Ahmed Shamim. Worse quality treatment. I spent a lot of money during 7 times visit to get hairless face but no improvement. I haven’t experienced 1% improvement what was supposed to 80% by Dr Shamim. SO sad! I was so upset until I came to Germany and met a hormone specialist. If you have unwanted hair in your face, go and test your male hormone level [androgens (mainly testosterone)]. If male hormone level is higher, talk your doctor about two medicine 1. Metformin hydrochloride and 2. birth pill which may help to reduce male hormone from your body. Don't try Laser, it hasn't work for me.

I had a terrible experience with this clinic. I read their web site and the reviews and had hopes for a good clinic with good service, but sadly that was not the case. First, I tried booking an appointment via their online form....twice. But no response. That should have been my first clue. I then reached them by phone to book a hydra facial (which I've already had several times in India at a great clinic), which they then scheduled the appointment. I showed up at the appointment and there is a bunch of guys just sort of hanging around the reception area. Not very professional. Then they tell me I need to pay for a consultation with the physician and then book a completely different appointment for the hyrdra facial. Why on earth wouldn't they have told me that when I booked the appointment that I would need two different appointments? If they had mentioned that on the phone I would not have booked the appointment as I won't be in Dhaka long enough for ongoing appointments. I ended up just walking out of the clinic. I don't understand the point in wasting my time or that of the clinic. I definitely would not trust the services of this clinic if they can't make a simple appointment by providing the client with fairly basic information regarding the necessity for 2 appointments. I've lived and traveled in a number of more sophisticated and less sophisticated countries across the world and I have to say this is probably one of the least professional encounters I've ever had.
