They use hobbyist grade 3D printers to provide "professional" services and greatly overcharge. What would have cost me less than 2500 taka (filament electricity) cost me 14000. Instead of using coloured filament, they went ahead and spray painted the parts without even informing me. I requested them to share pictures before delivering the finished product but it was ignored. Upon receiving the product, I had to immediately return it because it was that bad. Uneven paint layers, discoloration, chipped paint, lumps, etc. I paid extra for a polished finish but they used PLA without any PLA smoothing instead of ABS plus acetone for polished finish. To them, a polished finish is a simple sanding/filling to remove print flaws it seems. They sent it back after some retouching which took 1 working week but it's still far from presentable in a professional setting. I have since purchased a better 3D printer than the ones they use and printed the parts myself in less than a week with much better results. So whatever I paid in terms of money and time have been completely wasted. They have no refund policies in place as well. I would have been charged 50k if they did the design work and 1lac if the designs were to be protected (IP protection). I cannot recommend their service.
