Everything was great, collected on time and sent it happily however it took a lot longer then 3 days as stated, 6 days to arrive to delivery location which was a little too late as my sister was travelling so she missed the parcel. I think it was sent to the wrong depo so hence the delay. Over all though good service and would recommend and would use again, easy on
