A house of art and culture. The institute is located in mehedibag Chittagong situated inside an alley adjacent to Mehedibag road. You can find bangladeshi cultural activities here in Bistaar. It has various kind of cultural activity includes publication, seminar, symposium, music etc. It also has a food corner which also serve local seasonal food items. Toilet facility also available here. Overall impression of this art complex is very good.

Nice and quite place to have a sit and chit chat with a small group of friends. You can buy some snack if you like it.
It's a nice place where one can talk about cultural things. There are lots of books of cultural importance free to read. One can spend quality time there.

Located in an alley but needs exposure. Really love the art collections over there. However, variety of items is quite low and the costs are a bit high. They have a cafe of their own as well. But takes a lot of time to prepare food.
