Earlier I've came to know that the staffs of AMS is not helpful and non professional. But.....this week I communicated with Anowara Medical Services over phone for a FNAC test of my nearest person. I talked to a staff for details information. She was really very helpful and convey all related information clearly to me and that was very helpful for my patient. I have been to this place for a biopsy test. The first impression of this place I have got is very poor condition. Not clean enough. Poor customer service. Some of the staffs are rude but some are good. The ask the full charge in advance. I am not very confident of the report produced by this place. But I know that I should not always judge the book by its cover.
