Only good things about them was single point of contact & Operation Manager’s behavior. Otherwise very disappointing service. Slow, inexperienced and unsupervised labors were given. Operation Manager said he will complete in a day but could not even finish in 2 days and I had to push the labors out as they were wasting time and not doing their job properly. Also they promised no single scratch but I have many scratches. No electrician or furniture fitter were given despite of promises. They connected AC and Geyser from single power source putting my family at Risk and could not reassemble all of the furnitures. Even after informing the problem, no one fixed it. Very poor service. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Looked promising at first but went downhill right as time progressed. Slow and inexperienced labor. The initial assessing person was fully aware of which furniture needed to be dismantled but the workers were oblivious to this. Multiple scratches on furnitures even after they wrapped it up. Each and every ceiling fan wabbles. Another disappointing factor was with the AC installation. The AC people asked for additional money for gas refill, when asked the point of contact, he said the AC will be installed just the way it was, meaning gas will be inside but had to have a long discussion to sort it out. All in all, had to bring in proper people and fix all the mess that they created, which doesn't equate to hassle free. If they don't improve, it's a hard no to recommend them to anyone.

They are not professional at all... The deal was to bring rolling paper to wrap up the furnitures, which they didn't... It literally damaged our furnitures... The labours were incapable and inexperienced ... They didn’t fill up most of the Commitments ... It was a nightmare and worst experience ! Think twice before dealing with them...
