They don’t want to sell medicine without prescription. Though it is good practice but in our country it is not feasible right now. In modern countries, branded medicine shop sells general medicine without prescription and antibiotics with prescription. Actually they should have two options- prescriptive medicine and Non prescriptive medicine. Prescriptive medicine are antibiotics, sedative medicine etc and non prescriptive medicine are paracetamol, vitamins, etc.
