Outdated. No system based control or billing system, Full of old and dianasor people. They have no proper coordination with security gate. No proper communication channel or emergency contacy person. No proper transparency of their contributions and operations. There is lots of dogs in the area who attack and bark at extreme level. I don't want to pay society bills for sleepless nights. They need renovation of staff, office and system or otherwise change the name from "Bashundhara" to Kuttadhara
