One of the worst ISP in my area in terms of speed and commitment. I've wasted my time calling them every months to solve my issue. ZIP Net Limited sucked its users blood! ###K your real IP or Real Mb whatever you mean. stay away from them.

The worst experience I have ever had. Yes they offer good service when it comes to speed, mainly because they hardly have enough subscribers for pipeblocking the bandwidth. Then again, when the network cuts off every month for about 4-6 times and they don't even notify you, it gets into the nerves. I play a lot of games both on my PC and PS4, and it hurts to see that the network is never stable and the connections suddenly cut off, there I am left with a completely empty session on GTA Online all of a sudden when I was having a good gaming session. Worst part of all, I can't play songs on Spotify suddenly because they thought it'd be fun to block it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get the connection from here unless you want to be butthurt

they are normally great service provider in dhaka.they provide real ip free of cost. but fact is they do whatever they anytime want.like they reduce youtube cache speed 100mb to 28Mb-32Mb.bdix speed also decreased 100Mbps to 6mbps(holy crap). their customer service just bullshit.. when you asking for ping rate,route issue ,facebook problem they taught you best lesson you never heard such as transmission cost,router cpu usages.. best joking part is their marketing agent ,each and every single word they lied. also they havent permanent bandwidth rate,sometimes charged 2Mbps800tk or sometimes more from poor acknowledge client . fiber cutting issue every single month 2/4 times, downtime issue none. . when you asking switch off a month they cut your cable not unplugged you connector . may be local provider gives you better performance /service .
