It was totally not expected from them, i was waiting outside the door for 20 minutes. Call in their number for several times. No one came to open the door neither received the call. I was present there from 12pm to 12.20 pm apprx. #UNEXPECTED
Place people behaviour and products rate 10/10
They once had great collection. Now the place looks run down, sad and old with "not so great" customer service. They need to step up their game for sure. Banani outlet needs a renovation; both cosmetic and psychological. Not hip at all. Prices are higher compared to other shops as well.
