Extremely extremely poor customer service by the store in Hatirpool. After buying a whole lot of tiles from them, we went back for some more tiles cause we had shortage and we asked for replacement for ONE tile as it was broken when it was delivered and the way they behaved was so distasteful! Another guy came running to the rescue of the salesman who was arguing with us, instead of coming trying to mitigate the situation. It felt like it was just two groups who just had to defend their side no matter what!! It was disgusting and I will not buy from this store again.
