There is a narrow stair case to get to the customer care center at 1st floor. The customers are seen in a queue at a narrow place outside the door. The room is vast enough. There is only a small sofa for the customers. But I found no one sitting here. The customer service is poor. The customer service representatives seemed unprofessional. They showed some lame excuses for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service. Totally disheartened for their service.
