Worst customer service. Never expected such behaviour from such agency. Hate it. Especially an arrogant, rude and cruel lady in the visa Consultancy department. I don’t want mention her name. But did not receive any apology from the lady or the agency. Very rude people. I would have given negative stars if Google allowed me to. Please don’t waste you money, time and yor self respect by dealing with these people.

I would give them 0 star if I could. Stay away from these guys. they Cheat people. I suppose to get the refund of my ticket as they promised. But Sadly they did not give my money back. Cheaters ...!!! Do not Go there..! Stay 10000 miles away.
