One of the best hospitals in Sylhet. I found their service is top class. They try to maintain ultimate standard to satisfy their patients. It seems luxurious but worthy enough! They claim it as a five Star Hospital! However, I think well said.

If i was able to give this hospital 0 stars i would. I’m from England and i have recently had my uncle admitted here for a fatal accident which he was involved in and all i can say is that this place is just money motivated! Money is not a problem but the pure fact that the service was completely terrible with no doctors or nurses available to treat him adequately, but they are so quick to ask for money for treatments which they haven’t performed suitably. Over a course of just one and a half days the bill racked up to over 3000 (3/4 lakh taka), which just confuses me as nothing was done! Doctors are just hungry for money and were not able to do their job properly! The supposed ‘high quality’ facility is just a facade for the actual neglect and disregard which takes place within this hospital. It’s absolutely appalling. Due to this, we then deemed it necessary to transfer him to Dhaka at United Hospital, where he is now getting better treatment. I would highly request others to not use this hospital if you are looking for sufficient treatments.
