To Whom It May Concern With great regret I would like to inform you that, on 29 September 2020' I purchased a SUZUKI Access 125 scotty from Uttara Showroom. At the time of purchase, the showroom manager and other staff promised to provide me with the BRTA documentation within 2 weeks. Now almost 6 weeks passed (08/11/2020) but I haven't yet received BRTA documents. Because of which I am suffering too much. Hope they will be more practical and professional at the time of making any promise!
