Food quality and environment is really nice. No Dirt, everything is neat and clean. The laundry service is also good. But one thing bothered me a lot is the water supply. Most of the time there was no water. I purchased a monthly pack, which was very economic. And the transportation facility is good as it is 20 meter far from main road. I hope they will solve the water problem.

After staying 3 months very bad experience. There are 12 person in a small room as you can see here. Thee is no prayer space in the Hostel. Food is very low quality.

I totally loved the experience i had there. Though i was only a visitor, but the way they treated us and showed their utmost hospitality, it just melt my heart away that instance. I love super hostel, i just love it.

Takes hidden extra money. This branch should be investigated by reporters. Other hostels are great but Uttara. This is a beautiful hostel with helpful employees and security but ruined by superior attitude of managers especially Iqbal Hossain, he is probably unhappy with his job, his salary should be raised or he should be replaced. Mr Zahid is more amiable and jolly. Cleaning employees are excellent and have better manners especially Mr Alauddin. Would recommend the hostel to all if the bad reception is changed and charges are made transparent.

It's a air conditioned hostel service is good but there are 12 sits in a single room. Not suitable for fat people. Food is average.

I heard about this place on facebook. the day i came here they greeted me as any other good hotels guest. it was a warm welcome. i like this place. its awesome. i like my room, their service and all. even the people here are friendly. most of the people staying here are students that i found out. would recommend it to students or bachelor's who looking for place to stay.
