Beautiful Bangladesh

Service is pretty poor, the did not how to serve a customer. I've been there for more than an hour to buy a laptop but their attitude is not customer friendly. They did not care whether there is any customer in the premises or not.

I would have rated the store 5 stars for the good behaviour and helpfulness of one of their salesmen, names Rashed. But I am rating them only 3 stars because they didnt process the instalment procedure with the bank although I filled up all the papers they needed and provided them the detail of my credit card. So frustrating. I live in Dhaka, so cant get back to them to complain. And they didnt pick up my calls.
