They lied. I was told customer care that they will hand over the product to the courier service that day I talked to them but next day they are telling me they will hand over tomorrow or day after tomorrow but they are not sure about it. Doesn't response message and if they do they'll make sure you already waited too long. I asked to cancel order and bough one from local market. Guess what? They are not cancelling it.
