It's a garbage dump. That is all the garbage collected from near Dhanmondi, Kalabagan dump here. It's authorized by city corporation. Bad smell comes while passing by this place. Also the footpath is not usable becaus of it. I think this type of places should be situated far from the crowd or passers by.
