It's good community center for merraige ceremony. It can accommodate only 400 to 500. If more then it would be mess up.

Badsha fair land is located in jalil bus stop. It is on Dhaka-Chattogram highway behind of red chicken restaurant and maa fatema CNG filing station.It is very near of kalam & brothers petrol pump. It is a good community hall for all class people.rent is comparatively very simple.
