Customer care service is good. During buying ticket, a good reply gets from the customer point. A.c. coaches fair is also reasonable. But time is not maintained, also there is no marking in the seats & some sort of idiotic people liked to seat on others seat. Ridiculous passenger. The same experience I faced at Greenline transportation during Dhaka to Chittagong.
