Gaibandha Public Library & Club Established 1907 at this place when it was a Gaibandha sub division of Rangpur. Gaibandha Pouro Sabha ( Gaibandha Municipality declared 1923).Public Library Gaibandha has lots of variety books and magazines.Peoples and members are always come to library for reading books, magazines and watching television here in club. It has a hall room for seminar, cultural functions and public meetings for the local people and the tourists of Gaibandha.
