Prince of Wales bakery is located at the older part of the city of Dhaka. It was originally owned by some people from the local Armenian community more than 100years ago. Later it was was taken over by a British individual. After the British left the country it was handed over to the family of the current owners. They still use the same wood oven to bake their products. Very tasty and cheap. The owners are more than welcoming. It was a heart warming experience.

Oldest bakery in town. Renowned for its food. Love cheese cake. Very tasty. My child loves to eat it.
love the Christmas Cake! Historical bakery.
I was very interested to visit there to have 'love letter' cake, but I didn't get it as it is being only produced during winter or occasionally or as per order of minimum quantity of 200 pieces. The attitude is not good as I expected. Found carelessness to me (maybe as I went there at night time). Food test was as usual.
