Worst customer care service. I called them a couple of days ago, they receive my call and said right now they are busy, after passing 8 minutes they said Goodbye and already 10 taka were gone from my mobile. So disappointing ️ service.

As a first time user of pathao food I am extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered from a restaurant in Mohammadpur and I live in Mirpur. The driver would pick up and after i explain my address would start giving excuses. This happened twice. My point is why pick up the call if you are unable to deliver to the specified address? Then i get a call from the support centre trying to term this so called situation as a technical glitch. Ridiculous ! Deleting the app immediately.

better way to part time work for student or service man, there customer service is not best. after completing online registration pathao not receiving papers for verifying.
