My experience with Novoair is pleasurable. I shall grade it towards the highest in our country.
Pilot, takeoff & landing was very good, the air conditioning was very bad all the way.

Very popular private airlines. Ticket is affordable. Time table for the flights better than Biman Bangladesh Airlines.
I have used Novoair a few times now. Service usually very good with most flights leaving on time. Ground staff helpful, tickets always cheapest as compared to other airlines available on same routes.
