Poor Quality. High Charge. You can get more mbps with low value from other isp. I would be glad if govt. ban this isp. 100kbps for 500tk, Are you kidding me!?

One of the worst isp in our area, charge high but performance of their connection is very low. Net speed drops always.

It's good but every week or two it'd slow down, ultimately I won't get a strong enough connection on my WiFi devices, but my PC would connect just barely. Please fix this. Also, if you're going to do something because of which I won't be able to use the internet, I DEMAND TO BE NOTIFIED ABOUT IT. We're paying you for your services, if it's gonna be down or not good enough to work on for a few days, YOU'RE supposed to tell me that at least a couple of days beforehand. Hope this sends a clear message. I'm pretty upset with my connection & was going to change my ISP, in the end I just didn't have the time. Don't make any room for complaints, for me at least. Thanks for your services, hoping for much better from now.

Absolutely one of the worst internet services in Baruntek (Dhaka Cantonment) area. First, they are the only dominant internet provider in the area. Second, they won't allow any other provider to come into this territory. Third, these people charge high. 3mbps, shared line, 1200tk. The speed SOMETIMES may touch about 3mbps. Normally it's below 1.5 or even below 500kbps at night.
