Very Bad Experience!!! I am a user of Honda Hornet Motorbike for the last 1 year. I purchased my bike from Masminu Motors, Uttara. After that I am taking services from Masminu motors. From the beginning I felt some mismanagements and unprofessional attitude from the Service center people. First of all for taking service I was advised to call them first for serial. But the fact is no one respond the phone after several times of attempts. Then when I visit their service center I didn’t get the services from them on time. However it may happen and the service time may take long time on the basis of the pattern of works. That’s understandable. But I am writing to you regarding yesterday’s incident. Yesterday at 3:00 PM I went to their service center for servicing (Paid) my bike. My booking time was 2:30 PM. I reached there by 15 minutes late. After that they took my requirement lists and told me to wait. Due to absent of their two staffs they informed me that it may take more time. As usual as like previous experiences I admitted that and started waiting. But the matter is after 3 hours I saw that my bike was still unattended. After that I tried to observe the situation and went in the service center and saw they were working with slow pace. They gossip with their own referred customers more rather than finishing the tasks. It represents the unprofessional presentation of Honda Brand. Then I returned back without servicing my bike. This is for your information and necessary action to mitigate this issue. Take my notes as feedback for your betterment to hold the Honda brand at the top of the place.

The people in this showroom are very slow in processing papers. If you're going to buy bike from here, they will take your whole day to process everything. They also break the serial to make ready your bike, if you're not continuously present there. I am very unhappy with their service. They are going to spoil the reputation of Honda, if they provide service like this.

Today I went to the service center of Masminu Motors at Uttara to change engine oil and replace the brake shoe of my Hornet numbered (36-7122). The behavior of the service supervisor was very unprofessional and he is not customer-friendly. Wing's service center charge 455 taka for the engine oil whereas Masminu Motors charge 20 taka more in the name of service charge. Honda should look into it. Instead of replacing the brake shoe, they did some fine-tuning which worsens the performance of my bike. So, think twice before you, the bikers, go to this service center which is full of half-skilled staff.
