They don't treat people as people... Mirpur zone is facing blackouts every 2/3 days but they appear to be very comfortable with it. A renowned company (for the sale of their own reputation) should have made a permanent solution to any kind of persistent problems but do they care? Seems not.

Internet service providers and beside Internet they have some valuadded sevice like domin and Hosting services, Website side design. Their service quality is good but insome way price is little bit high.

Horrible service. An issue gets solved only after the 5th call to the customer service and would take weeks. I have used link3 for 7 years now- and have now decided to look for options. They just lost an otherwise loyal customer.

Their service isn't as good as it used to be. When there is a problem with the internet, it is very hard to reach the customer care. Whenever we call them, a pre recorded voice says there are no agents that can receive my call.

The most trash isp I have ever seen. I have been complaining constantly but that won't work... I have to settle with the threat of changing the isp but that also won't work... Your lies should be public and please don't go around saying that you're the best isp because you're clearly not.
