বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান এর সমাধি সৌধের মধ্যে এই ভবনটি শুধুমাত্র লাইব্রেরি ভবন নয়। লাইব্রেরির সাথে সাথে এখানে বঙ্গবন্ধুর সাথে জড়িত নানা ইতিহাসের ছবি সহ অন্যান্য উপকরণ সংরক্ষণ করে রাখা হয়েছে। এখানে অনেক সুন্দর ও ভালো বই আছে। তাছাড়া শিক্ষনীয় অনেক কিছু আছে
