বহুবার আমি এতে ঢাকা-সাতক্ষীরা যাতায়াত করেছি। সেবার মান নিয়ে বেশ সন্তুষ্ট। এদের এসি বাস সার্ভিস বেশ চমৎকার। পরিবহন স্টাফদের আচরণও বেশ ভাল। ভবিষ্যতে আরও উন্নত হবে বলে আশা করা যায়।
