I ordered two mutton kacchi biriyani (half) today. The packets are quite smaller than they used to be few months ago. Nevertheless, I opened the packets. But in one packet the piece of meat is absent. There was no meat, just simply rice. When i called the number I got from the packet, the receiver denied that this (absence of meat). He argued that this is nothing wrong if just one piece of meat is missing. You are ordering kacchi where there is just one or two pieces of meat. How can you not notice??? Their denial just cost them a regular customer.
