Great app, lot of discounts, but third class service and customer support. Lack of communication between riders, restaurants and management. They never serve the food on time and their only response is sorry.

Thieves.Most unethical food delivery service of our city. The office staffs are great liars they are stealing from customer by giving less food and taking full money. They give food on such a pack that you can not check how many boxes are in there. They don't refund money of the Missing food .
after passing 1 hr i gave the customer service a call since the phone of the delivery man was off.Customer service told me that they are checking and will call me back.but they didnt. i called them again after 20 min ,same thing happened. i got the food2.40 hrs later without any apology. my fault was that i paid in advance through bkash. Well done management
On January 20, 20121, I ordered from Chillox at 7 pm. Helpline called and said there can be a delay and they'll try their best. They said it would take 1.30 hours max to deliver. I kept waiting. And every time I checked my estimated time it increased by 5 minutes. for THREE HOURS!! I called the helpline multiple times. they didn't pick up my call. I called the assigned delivery guy. he didn't pick up my call. I gave up hope of getting the food. BUT just when I thought I would not get anything and I was about to have home dinner at 10pm, the delivery guy arrived. 10PM!! And the food was cold! This is UNACCEPTABLE. for many reasons. If I knew there would be so much delay I wouldn't have ordered. 3HOURS! Too much. And the delivery guy didn't even give me a valid reason for being late. He was just careless. Hugely disappointed. Not sure if I'm going to order again using Hungry Naki.
I have never had such unprofessional food delivery service in my whole life. If it was not for them, I wouldn't have known how pathetic a service could get!
No scope to put half star so I provided a single star! I always try to encourage our local startup but I am sorry HungryNaki has no quality to survive. They could provide one of my orders in 2.5 hours! Again, their call center was too irresponsible and I got them after trying several times. i must suggest avoiding them. If you want to be hungry you may try.
Placed order for fuchka. Paid in advance. Order was placed and confirmed. Subsequently informed of distant location. My question is why you showed this shop in the App and how could you confirm the order. Changed order two more times only to know items ordered are not available. This is my first experience with Hungry Naki. After this terrible examples, should I continue with this rider? What do you say?
It's awesome. But HungryNaki doesn't have much users.
