Great security with good quality food. Also the environment in the building is neat and clean. I stayed there for about 5 to 6 months for participating to exams in different Varsities. After the exam, when my varsity didn't start, I stayed there. I found no issue staying there. I think you won't get any problem if you decide to stay there.
