Best poor service in this cox. Just I called for internet in COVID-19 situation and they take advantage from customer. They claimed high amount service charge for a new Internet connection.

Sadly they are not delivering the full 20 Mbps speed in their 1000 BDT per month package. they provide full speed in google sites like youtube but in all other internet sites speed is limited to only 4 Mbps. what bothers me a lot is that they never mentioned this limitiation when i was subscriping, and to misslead customers even more they are opening full 20 Mbps speed on speedtest.net so when you subscripe you think you are always getting the full speed everywhere. i see this to be unethical as they are intentionally misleading people.
