DON'T pay anything in advance before receiving your selected product! Went there to buy a 5-drawer wardrobe from them. I completed the payment and asked them to home deliver the intact product from their store. 2 hours later, I received a wrong product and had to return it. Next day, again had to go to the store and collect the product by myself but still, didn't get the intact product. Had such similar awful experience from their Malibagh showroom too :(
