I've taken a 1ton Haier non-inverter AC from them. Haier have very less amount of showrooms in dhaka. Had to take it from here. The saleman behaviour was very polite and good. On 1st of April, many other ac showrooms were increasing their price or tellings stuffs like these to people to cause them a panic buy. But haier didn't do so, they said price wont hike until there is stocks left. They kept the pricetags same as of today. Showroom manager is also a gentleman. Didn't manipulated for a higher priced one, or any other inverter ones. Overall they were very polite in terms of response. Even they kept minimum amount of delivery charge although the vanpuller asked more. Non inverter one is serving well for now. Though for a 138 room it takes 8/10mins to cool down, but i guess its a good one for 1ton! I'll recommend them. But if you’re going to buy from them plz ensure that the concerned technicians will also come with your delivery. They're too busy. But might be late for you! They came to my house at 10:30, though finished by 12:00. But noise on this time of night isn’t acceptable in many houses. Just ensure this. Overall they're recommended from me.

Bought an Haier Air Conditioner. The Air conditioner itself isn't bad nor good, but considering the price point it's ok. Besides, You will get only a little better service from a higher price point Air Conditioner. So, I preferred it. The manager has nice behaviour. But, he is manipulative and won't say a thing which you may find not good in the product. You have to ask about all the cons, if you want to know your product. For the installation, provide the angle yourself if it is possible, because their average quality angle cost thrice from the showroom. I believe, it is true for all showrooms in Dhanmondi. Their technicians are good, well mannered. However, they will try to minimize their work by not giving little extra effort to look the work well finished. Don't buy into their suggestions like don't put the AC here or there, don't do this or that. Use your common sense and get the work done as you want it. Overall, it's a good retailer shop with a few service issues.
This is a nice showroom. Haier is starting fresh in Bangladesh, with great range of products. Showroom staff are helpful.
