Spectra International Limited incorporated in 1994, and was set as an engineering company, mostly sharing the engineering activities within the scope of RCL projects. During the process of nurturing, SIL enjoyed financial and management support from RCL. SIL started its individual identity by taking over the Health Care Division of RCL. Within a short time, it established its own identity.
