The primary focus has been on training and developing the capacity of working individuals as well as new entrants to the job market. The thrust of our efforts has been towards promoting and encouraging continuous learning and development for a better future. ExCEdu equips learning partners with the tools needed to cope with the challenges of modern technologies, complex corporate culture and the requirements of continuously increasing professional demands. We have an innovative delivery system that aims to promote excellence in the respective careers for partners. We find that a lot of students, despite having University Degrees, are not able to attract the interest of recruiters simply because of the lack of certain skill sets that are required in the working world. We are an institute that pledges to change this situation and help our learning partners successfully meet the requirements of recruiters. ExCEdu also encourages, assists and co-ordinates the development of essential mechanisms to helps learning partners deal with and overcome issues such as stress and time management, as well as relationship management at work. Many of our programs are targeted towards essential specialized skills. At ExCEdu, we believe that the overall development of society and nations cannot be achieved solely by individuals entirely dependent on their respective jobs without focusing on a path for growth and development. By providing coaching on leadership, management and financial skills for small enterprises, we work for entrepreneurship development in the country. A part of our capacity development programs are also geared towards women empowerment and women entrepreneurship. ExCEdu is a school for professional capability enrichment.
