Unprofessional services and horrible product, these people are running a scam. Don't waste your time with this questionable website, just go to an actual shop, choose your own instrument. It will save money and peace of mind. I ordered a Yamaha guitar. I won't be surprised if the guitar they delivered is not even real Yamaha, they probably produced it somewhere in Mogbazar. They delivered a defective guitar, for which we reached out to them within a day of delivery. They sent an incredibly unprofessional person (his name is Atowar I believe), who tweaked the guitar for a bit and asked for tips and left with 500 taka, even though we showed him we were still having trouble tuning it. It broke because it can't handle the pressure of standard tuning, and despite having a ten day return policy (and a one year warranty), they refused to change their awful product. On top of that the delivery guy kept begging obsequiouslly for tips even though we already paid for delivery. It is regrettable that so many businesses in Bangladesh are run by unscrupulous people.
