The ViOS process allows patients to find the right specialist, who is actually on duty without having to venture out unnecessarily whilst under quarantine for their existing health issues. Doctors from non-infectious disease specialties can do a phone-based triage and history taking to better manage patients to either seek assistance in a coronavirus designated facility, or to safely approach their practice. Thereby not endangering themselves, their staff and other patients.
