Good location. Well managed. Very secured. excellent control. Seems professional resources are there. Only demerit point: guards has some poor knowledge, instead of providing right service cue they forced to take different services token

This is the visa application center for Thailand, Ukraine, and Georgia. Mostly popular for Thailand his application. Their service is very good. The staff who receive the application are quite helpful and if they find that your application is lacking any documents they will tell you. The only problem is the environment is not good. The travel agents make chaos all the time. This is unexpected from this kind of organization. And to get the serial you will have to reach there by 7:30 am. I think they should introduce an online appointment system. You can get a photocopy service for 3 TK per page. It has washrooms and pure drinking water for free. You can keep your bag before entering the center for free. Bring the exact amount for the visa application fee otherwise they might not give you change! :-(

Italy and Thailand both countries application centre. Quality of service is satisfactory. They have VIP lounge service at additional cost for faster service. They are punctual enough. Don't forget to bring your passport photo copy when collect your passport back

Worst experience I've ever received from VFS global. Staffs are rude, only one or two counters are available for submitting your Visa application personally whereas, 10 counters are available for travel agents. I just don't want to visit this place again ️

I have been there to submit 04 visa application of me and my family. Tjere I receive a Super fast service. Around 12-15 minutes waiting. And when my serial comes, all my applications started scrutiny by their helpful staff. He checked all my necessary documents and found only two passport photocopy was missing. A machine is installed there where from I copy passport(3 tk per page). After scrutiny he satisfied and provide me money Receipt to pay in a counter. It took maximum 4-5 minutes and my Application process is completed. From start to end 4 passport application submission doesn't take more then 40 minutes. I highly appreciate their super fast service

The authorized agent VFS global staffs are good but I want to mention two issues. (i) They wrote my birth date in their system wrongly. I understood from the conversation when I called the helpline. Then I spoke this issue with the VFS staff. They said it is not a big deal. (ii) I could not enter the VFS office with my laptop. They said, they will not keep and also would not allow me to enter inside the office with the laptop. The only solution is I have to keep my laptop somewhere else, perhaps to the guard/security of the building who is unknown to me. The guard/security took money for keeping the laptop. I was so pissed off for this attitude. But, I think the guard of building did nothing wrong as they are providing me the service of keeping laptop. I have to blame the VFS authority who make the system such that the guard of the building taking such chance of making money. I hope the authority should allow us either to enter with a laptop or let us keep the laptop in the office.

Horrible service! 9:00am to 12:00pm is their timing for Passport collection. They all go off at 10:30 for internal meeting. The process is not smooth at all.
