Ryans is a quality computer shop in BD. Their customer’s service is so awesome and all of the salesman has some modesty and their behaviour is so nice. This outlet is not so big but you can find all of the products without any hassles. I am satisfied with their service.

Location wise so so. Not big in size (comparing to other showrooms of Ryans). But the service level is almost the same. It’s good that ryans computer is expanding their business. It is the most trusted chain of Computer Shops in Bangladesh. Keep it up.

Service is not up to the mark. I purchased a laptop from rayans it ltd. at IDB. Next day I took the laptop to this service centre. The service provider took the laptop and it's almost 1pm and they delivered it at 4pm just for windows setup and initial software installation. Is it a reasonable time span for windows setup and initial software installation?

Their service was good. If you need any product but they don't have it they manage it with in 1 or 2 day. Very helpful sellman with great behavior. They also reduce price 500 to 1000 from their website price. But their warranty product takes time to replace back!

Ryans is too good,just lift and other things of market need work alot,their lift still make feel sudden fall may happen,escalators also not properly working and a bit dirty stairs. But ryans employees and engineers behave to good and support are appreciatable.
