Crowded, busy yet the real Bangladesh. Boats are standby at your service, colorful boats, mediocre boats, small, bigger and decorated ones. Ride one and get back, behold lifetime memories.
The most effective connector of southern part of Bangladesh with capital city.
This is the Entry port to Capital City for the people of southern districts of Bangladesh. Virtually busy and crowded during departure and arrival. Most of the Launch & Ships depart at evening and arrive in early morning. There is no restaurant within this port but some hawkers sell fruits and light repast. You need to be careful when you ascend or descend on and off board as a narrow wooden plank is usually used for this purposes.
Ticket fair for one person entry is 10 tk. This port is now neat and clean than previous
