All our training programmes are backed by labour market research and designed to be cost-effective, yielding the most benefit to the client at the right cost. Significantly we are also capable of starting or investing in new enterprises in agriculture, manufacturing and service sectors that offer significant employment opportunities for poorer women and men. Most likely we will join with businesses to enhance ongoing ventures or work together on new initiatives in line with our goals and business values. Implementing programmes supported by bilateral and multilateral donor organisations is also a core capacity and an important approach for us to achieve our aims. Our competences include programme design, research and evaluation, and providing technical advice to Governments in developing economies.
