They were able to diagnose and fix an issue in my car that 2 other workshop were unable to do anything about. From the initial greetings and details gathering, to diagnosis and care, whole conduct was very professional. Yes their service charges are slightly higher than other similar garages, but in my experience, they definitely earned it.

Founded by a pioneering entrepreneur of our country, Mr Alhaj Zahurul Islam, Navana Limited started its journey on 20th April 1964. Navana Group was born, having Mr. Shafiul Islam Kamal as the new chairman. Pursuing the dream of Mr Alhaj Zahurul Islam, today Navana Limited is an established entity in Bangladesh, and is still committed to drive automobile sector of our country much further. Navana has been signified as bearing the symbol of reliability, durability and quality, successfully carrying out the automobile business, uplifting the value of this renowned brand, and maintaining a sustainable relationship with all its customers.

I visited Navana Toyota 3S center for my car's general servicing and I liked the service. They have been maintaining a very good customer service with professional car care. They are running this service with professional technicians. The whole building is occupied for the car maintains and servicing workshop. The service is expensive considered to other workshops. As they are the authorized dealer of Toyota, they can keep every single Toyota parts and engine accessories. For instances, the available engine oil grade could have more variations for old and new engines. Overall good quality service within Dhaka.

Few things are universally true. Sun rises in the East. Eventually we all have to die. And no matter where you are auto garages will always rip you off and provide you least amount of service. This place is no different. The place is overly priced for the service it provides, but that being said, USUALLY provides authentic products.
